Presenters: LaVern (Schultz) Schroeder started as a Tool & Die Maker with LouRich/Innovance 36 years ago. He has served 14 years as the Safety & Environmental Coordinator and then Manager for seven facilities. Schultz has invited MNOSHA Consultation into his facilities 48 times and has been through three OSHA Enforcement visits. Nicholas Pederson is a Maintenance Supervisor at Ventura Foods. Nick has been on boiler/waste water/ammonia operations, PSM (Process Safety Management), asbestos, first aid, safety committee, and managing projects. Jim Zenk has been with K&K Fabrication, Inc. for 23 years and is the Safety Director, Maintenance Manager and water operator. He is also a First Responder with the Emmons Fire Department.
