OSHA recordkeeping is going through a transition. There is notice of proposed rulemaking, a reversal of previous memorandums and a newly minted targeting program. Join us to find out what the rule says, where it currently stands at the federal level and what is happening in Minnesota. This session will also briefly review the fundamentals of OSHA recordkeeping and the most common OSHA log errors.
Presenters: Breca Tschida, CPE, is an Ergonomics Program Coordinator/Industrial Hygienist in the Workplace Safety Consultation Division of the Minnesota Department of Labor and Industry.
