Belinda Alkula, Executive Administrative Assistant
Belinda has an extensive background in high-level administrative support with a focus on procedural compliance, including many years working for our nation's military. In her role with the Chamber, Belinda provides administrative support for all committee work, volunteer coordination, and the planning and execution of Chamber events.
Valerie Lockhart, Executive Director
Valerie brings nearly two decades of innovative leadership in communications, tech and media training, and community engagement to the Chamber. She is currently directing the Chamber’s efforts to support Freeborn County businesses, strengthen connections, and provide opportunities for education and leadership development.
